Ante Natal - Fit to Birth Programme

Mamadoo provide bespoke 1-2-1 training programmes to take you through the trimesters, ensuring you stay strong, fit, pain free and ready for birth.

A typical plan would cover the following areas


Postural Assessment

Crunchless Core Exercises

Body Strengthening and Toning Exercises

Pelvic Floor Training (both strengthening & relaxing)

Postural Strategies for Optimal Alignment

Nutritional Advice

The Fit to Birth programme is available for any pregnant woman from 12weeks and can be purchased in blocks of 6-10 weekly sessions at the cost of £38 per session.  Block booking of 10 or more receives a 10% discount.  If you would like to know more about this programme or wish to see if there are any training slots currently available please contact Kirsty Doonan.
