3rd Age Peri & Menopausal Programme


I am always striving to learn more, and I am pleased to announce that my continued professional development is continuing in the field of the peri and menopausal woman.

From the summer of 2017 I shall be delivering programmes with the help of science based evidence on what truly works for women in their 3rd Age to lose weight and stay fit, as well as strengthening the pelvic floor & looking after bone health.

In the meantime, have a look at the Power Walking group sessions.  These are low impact, calorie burning, total body workouts with like minded women and a great option for the peri and menopausal woman.
