Hi. I am Kirsty Doonan and I have been working as a personal trainer since 2006. Over the years I have continued to further my professional development and this combined with the experience I have gained working with people has helped me build my business into what is now know as Mamadoo Fitness!
Mamadoo Fitness is an exciting collection of women's health & fitness classes and personal training.
I am first and foremost a mum of an active boy as well as a keen tennis player and cyclist. However its not all rushing about exercising. I also love to wind down with a good soak in the tub, and catch up with friends over a glass of wine.

I am also extremely passionate about every women building a solid core & pelvic floor regardless of where they are in their life. With Incontinence being the 2nd biggest reason elderly women go into care homes, this really does need to be central to every workout" Kirsty
