About Me

Hi, welcome to Mamadoo Fitness. I am Kirsty and I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2006.  

 

I have always enjoyed sport and staying fit, starting out pony riding as a 6 year old.  I love to play tennis socially and ride my bike as well as spend time relaxing with my family and friends. I am a mum to a beautiful, lively boy and love to help others find enjoyment from exercise.
